By Phone
Bookings for Pontio events can be made by telephone where indicated on: 01248 38 28 28. Our telephone bookings operate a fully bilingual service.
Monday - Saturday: 10am - 7.30pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
Box Office
Can be purchased at the Box Office in Pontio.
Monday - Saturday: 10am - 7.30pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5.30pm
Online
Online booking is available for Pontio events.
Our website is online 24/7. Currently you cannot book a ticket online if a wheelchair seat is required, we hope to provide this service very soon.
Please email info@pontio.co.uk if you have any enquiries or would like to reserve tickets (due to data protection you cannot pay for tickets via this method)
Wheelchair Users
Please contact the Box Office by phone, email or in person to book a space for a wheelchair user. You will be able to book online in the near future.
Postal Charge
No booking fee will be charged when you buy tickets, but a £1 mailing charge will apply if you request tickets by post. Tickets by post can only be requested until 10 days before the event to ensure they reach you on time. After this, all pre-bought tickets can be collected on the door.

We recommend you arrive for events 30 minutes prior.
