Terms and Conditions

 General

  1. Once you have purchased a ticket, we will not issue a refund unless the performance is cancelled.
  2. Tickets that have been purchased may be exchanged for another performance at our discretion and subject to availability. Tickets for performances happening within 5 days will only be exchanged in exceptional circumstances. Exchanges are subject to a charge of £1 per order.
  3. Tickets may not be re-sold for gain. Doing so will invalidate the ticket.
  4. Proof of eligibility may be required for concessionary tickets to gain admission to the performance.
  5. We can change the prices of unsold tickets and introduce and remove discounts, special offers and concessions at our discretion.
  6. We may change the programme and substitute artistes where circumstances require.
  7. You may not record (either audio or video) any part of any performance unless specifically authorised to do so.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

Concessions

  1. For a child ticket, you must be under 18 on the date of the performance. Children under 2 years go free.
  2. For a student ticket, you must be in full-time education on the date of the performance.
  3. For a senior ticket, you must be aged 60 or over on the date of the performance.
  4. Carers accompanying a registered disabled person to a performance go free.
  5. We can introduce and discontinue concessions at our discretion. Concessions may not be available for all performances.

Special Offers

  1. Offers are subject to availability.
  2. Special offers apply only to the event(s) clearly stated in the offer, and excludes any other offer or event.
  3. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and applies to full-priced tickets unless otherwise stated.
  4. Special offers cannot be used retrospectively on tickets already purchased.
  5. All tickets for bundle purchases must be selected at the same time
  6. No cash alternative will be offered.
  7. No partial refunds will be offered.
  8. Pontio’s standard terms and conditions of purchase, sale and entry apply.
