To celebrate 50 years since Shadrach and the youngsters of Gruglon caused chaos in rural Wales, Storiel, in partnership with Pontio and Abertoir Horror Festival, presents a special evening with filmmaker Wil Aaron, a key figure in launching the Welsh Film Board.

The event kicks off with a talk with Wil Aaron, hosted by Nia Edwards-Behi (Abertoir co-founder), exploring the making of Wales’ first horror films at Storiel Bangor at 2pm. Talk in Welsh with English translation.

Followed by a double feature screening at Sinema Pontio:
4.30pm - Gwaed ar y Sêr (1975) with a new live score by Don Leisure
6pm - O’r Ddaear Hen (1981)
