This film, commissioned by Cymru Wledig LPIP Rural Wales together with Pontio, is a new work by film maker Rhys Edwards. This film reflects on the deep connections between people, landscape and living heritage. Through the voices of Cymdeithas Pysgota Seiont Gwyrfai & Llyfni, it explores traditional skills, knowledge of nature, and the place names that root us in our communities.
The work is part of a wider research project exploring the intangible cultural heritage of rural communities in Wales.
A talk will follow the screening with an acoustic set by Eve Goodman.
